If you are looking to start your yoga journey or deepen your practice I would love to create a loving, peaceful and non-judgemental space for you to practice in.
My classes are centred around helping you to connect with your breath and therefore clear the tension in your mind and body. Most of the time we can be so disconnected with how we feel and how our breath feels in our body. I want to give you an opportunity to learn about your body and to connect back in.
My main goal is to share as much love, kindness and a sense of calm as I can so that you can leave your mat feeling like a better you.
Let us share this experience together so that we can grow together and live with more love in our hearts for ourselves as well as for others.

–Tuesday’s 5:15pm- Anytime fitness, upper Riccarton & 7pm- City Fitness Wigram (Must have memberships)
–Wednesday’s 7pm- Anytime fitness Papanui
-Thursday’s 5:15pm-Anytime fitness, upper Riccarton & 7pm anytime fitness, Riccarton
There is also the opportunity to work with me privately, where I come to you, and we really focus on what you need and the classes are tailored to you.
Anything that you need in your life, from strength base classes, to a gentle flow, or even a yin based class which is really slow, staying in poses for a long period of time, to truly become as relaxed as possible.
Anything from 8 week programs to extended work together, you can choose any option you would like!
I teach a mix of vinyasa and yin class. So we move through a juicy warm-up to bring warmth to all parts of our body, a few grounding and strength poses so that we can have strong muscles to reduce injury and pain and then finishing off with some deep stretches and finding our breath. All levels welcome
