Yoga for me is all about finding our true sense of self. Through yoga I found a sense of calm, I learnt about who I really am, I found my inner fire and drive and to be honest I just became a better person.

Once I understood that yoga isn’t just a physical practice on you mat, it changed my whole life. It’s also a never ending practice off your mat as well, to meditation, self love, awareness, pranayama and so much more. Since discovering the healing powers of yoga, all I want to do is share it with as many people as I can.
