The space…
Funnily enough, after everything on Friday (Workshop) I have finally gotten my period for the first consistent cycle which hasn’t been the case for YEARS. It is a much more sacred experience for me over this time + I am loving working through a lot of uncomfortable feelings which have risen since the workshop. I can feel big growth coming along.
I feel utter gratitude for you and the woman who all shared their experience. Thank you so much for guiding us on the journey. The work you do is nothing but phenomenal.

Ceri has a beautiful way of articulating and sharing the knowledge and wisdom she has, and allowing space for all to be heard and acknowledged.
The space created allowed me to fully express a range of stored emotion in a safe way and to truly embody my feminine energy. I learnt and experienced so much in just one session, and feel so grateful to have crossed paths with Ceri in this existence.
If anyone is sitting on the fence for these offerings, I highly recommend taking that step and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. What an experience!

Lead facilitator
Ceri is a 200hr trained Yoga teacher (Vinyasa, Yin and embodied flow) and embodied ecstatic dance facilitator, who runs a 5 Rhythm inspired dance class in Christchurch.
A trained feminine embodiment coach and level 1 Reiki practitioner
She has also hosted numerous in-person workshops and retreats specialising in feminine embodiment and sacred sexuality.
Support Coach
Margaux is a Level 4 Reiki practitioner, 300hr yoga teacher trained, Holistic wellness coach, Massage therapist, Psycho-Anthropology, Energetic Healer, Psycho Neuro Immunology (PNIE) and Physiological Chains.
She will be there to support anything that comes up for all those who are there and hold energetic space
She has healing hands, and will be the massage therapist on site
Breathwork facilitator
Louise is a conscious connected breathwork/rebirthing practitioner who has been taking 1-on-1 + group breathwork sessions for 10+ years.
She will be guiding you through a powerful 2 hour journey
She is also the owner of this magical retreat centre, so she will be our wonderful host for the weekend.
