In this unique workshop, we will be combining the healing powers of Ecstatic dance with live improvised soundscapes with multiple instruments.
Ceri will take you on an embodied dance journey that will allow you to connect deeply with your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, utilising the magic of ecstatic dance, embodied flow, and 5 rhythms facilitation.
During this journey, Jake will weave a live looping soundtrack with Acoustic Guitar, Taonga Pūoro (Traditional Māori Instruments invoking the sounds of nature), percussion, and didgeridoo to allow you to sink into the state of contemplation for deep healing.

More about the Facilitators:
Ceri is a 200hr vinyasa trained Yoga teacher and 200hr trained in eco-somatic Yoga and is an embodied ecstatic dance facilitator, who runs a 5 Rhythm inspired dance class in Christchurch. She also hosts in-person workshops and retreats specialising in feminine embodiment and sacred sexuality.
Jake Kīanō Skinner is a facilitator of connection and a Multi-Instrumentalist drawing deep from his ancestral roots and curiosity. He also runs Men’s Circles, Retreats, and Community Ceremonies for people to slow down and connect to their magic.
