In this unique workshop, we will be combining the healing powers of Ecstatic dance with live improvised soundscapes with multiple instruments.
Ceri will take you on an embodied dance journey that will allow you to connect deeply with your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, utilising the magic of ecstatic dance, embodied flow, and 5 rhythms facilitation.
During this journey, Jake will weave a live looping soundtrack with Acoustic Guitar, Taonga Pūoro (Traditional Māori Instruments invoking the sounds of nature), percussion, and didgeridoo to allow you to sink into the state of contemplation for deep healing.
How would it feel to feel safe to express yourself with no judgment?
This is the place.

Kind words for Jake’s Woman’s Circle Sound Journey:
“Wow. The depth of my experience has only truly sunk in during moments of stillness today. Healing. To connect to my maternal lineage which carries such disconnect and trauma, and see through that to find the strength within was so healing for me.Not only to find my warrior woman I carry in the depths of me but to be led there by the masculine presence, to be seen, held, and celebrated for being embodied in our warrior woman by a man in his embodied divine masculine, That is power. That is unity.”
Kind words for Ceri’s Ecstatic Dance:
“Ceri’s embodied ecstatic dances are amazing. She is holding a safe container where I’ve been able to drop a lot of my limiting beliefs regarding my body and dance. I’m feeling much more confident in my body and the way it moves. Each session is with a different theme that makes you dive deep into different facets of ourself and go to heal some of them. I love it so much and cannot recommend it highly enough”
