Hello beautiful people,
How do I even describe me?! I guess I will start by sharing what sets my soul on fire (there is alot): the outdoors. Surfing, snowboarding, skating, hiking, yoga, running, smiling, enjoying sunrises and sunsets, laughing with friends, travelling ALL the time, journaling, dancing, sharing, soul connections, being underwater, achieving my dreams, working hard, teaching yoga, seeing other people achieve their dreams, and pretty much just enjoying this wild and crazy life.
Just a girl who has an intense passion and drive to help others be their best selves.
Ever since I was young I have always been very motivated and inspired, to be the best, do the best, succeed in life, and accomplish all the goals I have set out for myself. It wasn’t until I started high school did I realise that not only do I love challenging myself to be the best version of me… I also love helping others do the same.
But to be honest, I never had the resources to help others, until…
I found yoga.
How does that relate to anything, you ask?
Well, I found that to help others I have to help myself, it’s not all about looking and being the best, its actually about FEELING the best. its not about pushing and straining our limits, but moving there in a loving and gentle way.
I started teaching yoga and meditation around 3 years ago, and over that time my love for holistic health and wellness flourished. I realised that health isn’t just physical, but it is also our spiritual, mental, emotional and social aspects of our health that our equally important.
I fell in love with ‘curing’ people through stress release, healing food, alternative medicine and exercise. No pill is going to heal us from our social anxiety, or our gut issues, but what will cure us, is when we find and address the cause rather than the symptom.
From this, I found IIN, which is the worlds best holistic health and lifestyle coaching school. I have learnt so much from this school, that has backed up my previous statements and also learnt about 100+ different dietary theories, how to coach through goal setting and holding you accountable, how to coach through blockages and limiting beliefs, exercise prescription, stress management, and most interesting is the concept of primary and secondary foods, which I explain more about here.
Included in all of this, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery and human optimisation. Which has taught me about the importance of:
- The breath
- Stress release
- Curing inflammation,
- Healing properties of food
- Of a good spiritual practice
- Morning routines
- Having fulfilling and purposeful life.
All of these listed are things that I incorporate into my daily life. So I am only ever going to coach through things that I know truly works, benefits us, and helps you to have the best out of life and health.
It’s all about a soul connection for me. If my energy is something you would like to be surrounded by, then please get in contact with me and we can work together in achieving all of your goals, visions, health concerns and purpose.
My main goal in life is to inspire 1,000,000 people around the world, to get excited about a healthy and happy lifestyle.
So are you going to be apart of that with me?
P.S. 1,000,000 people sounds like to many, doesn’t it? Wrong. I know this can be achieved and by the end of us working together you will also believe it too. As a coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands.
