Mango Smoothie Bowl

Whenever someone asks me for my best vegan recipe or tell me that vegans only eat grass, I give them this recipe. Because it tastes amazing, its so easy to make and it’s literally my go-to every morning. It’s also full with some essential nutrients to start off your day right! Especially if you add in the optional ingredients, such as the turmeric which is a GREAT anti-inflammatory. So if you’ve been doing some exercise or all round just been super busy/stressed, this can help relieve this! The MCT oil is great for brain function,  so you’ll be able to answer all thats thrown at you. 

I have this smoothie bowl almost every morning.  Cause who just wants a plain ol smoothie? The thick (thicc), almost ice cream like consistency, with the toppings on top just make it taste so good.

  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 Tbsp of LSA
  • 1tsp of cacao powder
  • 4 dates
  • Sprinkle of oats
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk
  • Optional: 1Tsbp spirulina, turmeric,  greens powder, 1 tsp MCT oil


  • Chia seeds
  • Coconout shreads
  • Granola (Recipe HERE)
  • Cranberries or any other fruit you want
  • Peanut butter (because why not?)
