I’ve been working on this Ebook for sometime, with the idea coming to me after moving into a flat with people who were shocked when they saw what I ate, as they had never realised how easy to make and delicious my food looked. I know so many people who have always wanted to try some vegan food but didn’t know where to start.

I am so passionate about helping people to achieve all their nutritional goals, and this is just my way of doing that. I want it to be easy and fulfilling, and I just want everyone’s bodies to feel great.

My goal for this book is for you to follow along day by day for a month. So this guide can be a way to hold you accountable to all those ‘diet’ goals you may have, and just all round increasing your amount of fruits, vegetables, legumes and all other essential nutrients and minerals and decreasing the amount of processed and high in sugar foods consumed.

Believe me when I say that this Meal plan will leave you feeling like a new person. Increased energy, cleared skin, feeling lighter and filled up with so much life, are just some of the things that you will feel after following along for a month.


What is included?
